Q. Can I buy cigarettes by international mail?
A. Buying cigarettes by international mail is legal, as long as it is carried out in accordance with international postal regulations and standards: the contents of the parcel must be stated for the destination country postal authorities.

Q. Did you ship to my country?
A. Actually we shipped to most country worldwide (except Israel and Italy due their customs problem).

Q. Are they sell from Indonesia?
A. Yes, we sell and we shipped from Indonesia only.

Q. Did you shipped to APO/FPO address?
A. Unfortunately No! We don't ship to APO/FPO addresses because Indonesian postal service doesn't have access to this addresses. 

Q. What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept credit card as our main payment system. (Remember: Your credit card will be billed and process by 2CheckOut). You can also using wire transfer or cash payment if you want to.

Q. How do I order by credit card, and how does it works?
A. When you place your order, you will be send directly to 2CheckOut secure server, complete the form, and our partner 2CheckOut as our credit card processing service will check your credit card for validity and send you an email confirmation. After we've got confirmation from 2CheckOut, we will immediatelly ship the order (usually within 1 day). 

Q. Is that secure?
A. Our ordering page was a secure page, hosted on 2CheckOut registered secure server. Our general order form for those who use wire transfer/cash payment hosted on our registered secure server. 

Q. What couriers did you use?
A. We use Indonesian Postal Service by default. 

Q. It's a regular service?
A. Yes, it was a registered Airmail Postal Service from Indonesian Postal Service.

Q. How long is delivery time using this service?
A. Most country would takes about 2 week (with maximum 3 week) for delivery time. Unless you're from South America, or Africa, delivery time could takes about 3 week (with maximum 4 week).

Q. What's about your faster delivery services? You claimed that!
A. Optionally, you can use Express Mail Service (EMS)/Speed Post 3 or 4 day service with an additional cost. Click here to see your tariff

Q. Do you deliver other couriers? (e.g.: FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.)
A. Yes. Please contact us.

Q. Can I track my parcel by means of its number?
A. Yes and No. The regular parcels cannot be tracked. But if you use EMS/Speed Post service, we'll give you the tracking code.

Q. Are the mailing times shown on the Shipping/Delivery page guaranteed? (*)
A. No. Air Mail deliveries can be affected by mailing problems in the destination country.

Q. I ordered a carton of Marlboro Lights, Mail to the USA a fortnight ago. Why haven't I received the parcel yet? (*)
A. The Air Mail delivery times shown on the Shipping/ Delivery page are the average, indicative times required for delivery (6 to 12 days to Europe and the Mediterranean area, 14 to 28 days to the rest of the world). Sometimes the delivery times may be either longer or shorter.

Q. I bought five cartons of cigarettes one week ago and I have only received one carton. Is that normal?
A. Yes. The cartons are shipped within 5 day but only rarely reach destination together. The time between the first and the last delivery is in average 2 to 3 days in Europe and the Mediterranean area and 5 to 10 days in the rest of the world.

Q. I ordered a carton of cigarettes, Air Mail to Moscow (Russian Federation) thirty days ago. Why haven't I received the parcel yet?
A. The average delivery times shown on the Shipping/ Delivery page are based on the data and statistics provided by Indonesian Post and refer to the countries to which mail is more commonly sent. Unfortunately, we do not have accurate data accounting for the postal systems within each country. As concerns the Russian Federation, for example, most parcels reach their destination after two weeks. In some cases, however, we have experienced delays exceeding 40 days.

Q. What happens if I am not at home when the parcel arrives?
A. There are two possibilities:

• Insured Registered mail. In this case, the parcel can only be delivered to the addressee or to another person (e.g. a member of the family, a colleague, a porter, etc.) who will sign a receipt. If no-one is home, the postman will leave a note. The parcel can be collected from your local post office with no additional charge. Please note that this standard procedure may be slightly different in your country.

Q. What does "Each carton separate delivery" mean? (*)
A. Example: if you order five cartons of cigarettes at once you will receive five separate parcels. Each parcel will be shipped one parcel at a time, and we will sent it within 5 day (for five carton) or 3 day (for 3 carton).

Q. Why can't you send me a single parcel? (*)
A. Because it would be subject to duty since the weight and value would not fall within the prescribed international parameters.

Q. What about if I'm prefer using EMS/Speed Post service?
A. Your order will be sent on 1 (one) parcel at a time.

Q. Why?
A. Because it was faster and cheaper for you than if we separate the parcel.

Q. What's about taxes, if I'm ordering 4 (four) carton using EMS/Speed Post?
A. You will be subject to taxation (this may vary from country to country).

Q. Is the package tough enough?
A. Yes. The package consists of a stiff cardboard "book size" carton specifically designed for being sent by mail. The carton is placed inside a plastic covered padded paper envelope. In this way, we can be certain that your cigarettes - including "soft packs" - will reach you in perfect conditions.

Q. Can parcels be opened for postal inspection? (*)
A. No. The parcels are sealed. The content is indicated on the parcel for use by the Customs Autorities in the country or destignation according to the agreements between Kretekstore International (the vendor) and the indonesian Customs Autorities. Tobacco importation, limited to 200 cigarettes, is not subject to taxation.
