We are a small business registered as CV. Gading Elok, and doing business as Gading Elok. Our main business is a trading and distribution. We're a dealer/agent for many consumers products (such as food, beverages, cosmetics, etc).

Where are you locate?

We have warehouse on 7 acre area locate at Serpong, Jawa Barat, Indonesia which we've used it to store the products. We distributed the products to Tangerang, Depok and Bogor area. All at Jawa Barat province, which is actually only an hour away from Jakarta (our major city), Indonesia.

What about Kretek Store?

Kretek Store is an e-commerce division under Gading Elok company, Kretek Store is responsible for all of e-commerce activity (management, marketing, sales, support, etc). Gading Elok will only responsible for the products.

1. Credit Card. We accept credit card such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Credit card payments will be processed and approved in real time on by 2CheckOut credit card processing service on secure server.

Delivery

The cigarettes will be delivered by Indonesian Postal Service or by Express Mail Service (EMS) Speed Post for our customer who choose faster shipping methods.
Consignments are duty-free since the declared value and weight are within the prescribed international parameters. The packages are sealed and cannot be opened for postal inspection.

From our experience, most country would take abour 14 - 21 days. with maximum 28 days. Most Asian country would takes about 7 to 14 day, USA and Canada 14 - 21 days, Europe 14 - 21 day, and 21 - 28 days to Africa or South America continent.

Shipping by EMS Speed Post (optional)

Delivery time using EMS Speed Post also vary. Most country would takes about 3 - 4 days. Asia 2 - 3 Day, US and Canada 3 - 4 day, Europe 4 - 5 day, and the rest is from 5 - 7 day.

The parcels are sent to Indonesian Postal Service twice a day at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Indonesian time (London: -7   New York: -12   Tokyo: +2   Sidney: +1). Orders received after 3 p.m. are sent on the following day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Indonesia public holidays are sent on the first working day following reception.

Product Quality

Customs

Buying cigarettes by international mail is legal as long as it is carried out in accordance with international postal regulations and standards. The contents of the parcel must be stated for the destination country postal authorities
